There is no treat like waking up to a hearty, farm-to-table breakfast. Ours is curated with much love and only locally sourced seasonal materials that we cherry-pick every day to tailor our breakfast rituals.
Our creativity is unlimited but all our morning treats are freshly made with personal care in our small 'kuzina', so we invite you to simply sit back and breathe in the signature slow-living energy of Ayiopetra.
EARTH LOVES YOU, LOVE IT BACK
We put all of our effort into taking good care of you and at the same time eliminate food waste. What is not enjoyed by you is carefully sorted to feed the animals that provide us with our eggs and dairy. What is then left is composted and used to fertilize our little garden and farm. After you experience your first breakfast with us, we encourage you to give us an idea of your preferences on the available choices, so that we keep you happy for the following days and make sure that we minimize the waste together!

Ayiopetra's private cooking classes are hosted in our adorable street-style sunshine yellow kiosk tucked to the side of the outdoor terrace. That's where Tonia, an honorary member of the Hellenic Chef's Club and pioneer in greek gastronomy press, will share all her secrets of the traditional Naxian cuisine, full of mezedes, pies, main courses and desserts! Indulge in a culinary journey like no other and elevate your gastronomic skills as we guide you through the art of creating delectable dishes using locally sourced ingredients and traditional Greek recipes.
